The Kenny Guinn Center for Policy Priorities is a nonprofit, nonpartisan policy research center addressing key challenges faced by policymakers and all Nevadans.Founded in 2014 by a group of Nevadans who sought to advance new policy choices based on sound research, sensible and pragmatic thinking, and bold ideas, the Guinn Center is named after the late Governor Kenny Guinn. Governor Guinn was a dynamic force for good in Nevada whose legacy of bipartisan problem-solving continues to inspire our mission today.
20 Nov. 2026 Jon & Martha Greene Our Rotary Adventures in Malaysia Nov. 20, 2026 7:00 a.m. Jon and Martha spent 2 weeks in Malaysia with a group of Rotarians touring the country, visiting Rotary clubs, and participating in a Rotary service project. They will be sharing this experience with Reno Sunrise Rotary.

20 Dec. 2026 Shared Harvest - Faith Lutheran Church Dec. 20, 2026 1:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. Volunteers will help assemble bas of groceries for distribution to those in need.
02 Jan. 2027 KTMB Christmas Tree Recycling Jan. 02, 2027 1:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. Please join us to help KTMB recycle Christmas trees. We unload trees from vehicles and stack them for subsequent recycling into wood chips. Non-member guests welcome!
